From Reaction to Creation.
The diversity of spiritual practices used by monks, teachers, or individuals on the path of conscious development does not stem from a need for complication, but from the multidimensional nature of the human being.
Each of these methods is a precisely chosen key to a different layer of our existence, allowing for a profound restructuring of the way we process reality. In the old 3D paradigm, our mind was shaped by reactivity – it learned to respond to external stimuli, adapt to imposed conditions, and survive in a world that seemed separate and dominant. Spiritual practices are a process of reversing this vector and stepping out of the role of a victim of circumstances into the role of a conscious creator. The 5D mind does not wait for external signals to feel peace or power; it generates these states within, imposing a new frequency signature upon the environment.
Through grounding rituals or meditation, we train the mind to become an emitter rather than just a receiver, which allows us to literally sculpt matter through the power of intention and being anchored in the now. This transition from "a world that happens to me" to "a world that flows from me" requires tools that engage the body, breath, and senses simultaneously. The variety of practices allows us to break down old ego structures that are attached to linear time and the fear of the unknown. Through them, we build a stable foundation for a new architecture of consciousness that is sovereign and immune to manipulation by external fields of low vibrations.
This can be expressed in a few key aspects:
1. Attuning to Different "Frequencies"
Man is not just a mind, but also a body, emotions, and a biofield.
Kinhin (walking mindfulness meditation) works on synchronising movement with the breath, which calms the nervous system.
Grounding deals with the energetic sphere – it stabilises and connects us with the planet's field.
Activation of the senses is a technique for anchoring in the "here and now", cutting off the influx of thoughts about the past or the future.
2. Tools for Different Internal States
Spirituality is practical. Teachers know that not every method works at any given moment.
When we feel chaos, we need structure (like the 5-4-3-2-1 ritual).
When we feel heaviness, we need transmutation (like the Ritual of the Wind).
When we feel disconnected, we need roots (grounding). Different practices are simply a "toolbox" we reach into depending on what requires harmonisation.
3. Breaking Automatic Behaviours
The mind loves routine and "autopilot". We spend most of our lives in our heads, not feeling our own bodies. Diverse practices enforce a new mindfulness. By walking slowly in Kinhin meditation, you force the brain to step out of the "get from point A to point B" pattern and move it into a state of pure experience of being.
4. Building the "Blueprint" of the New Earth
In the context of my activities in the Laboratory of New Earth, these practices serve to anchor new qualities into matter. It is not enough to know about the shift in consciousness – it has to be "passed through" the cells of the body. Every such walk is a process of writing a new matrix (blueprint) into my energetic structure.
Essence: Practices are like different keys to the same door. Their ultimate purpose is to dissolve the barrier between the "I" and "all that is", until presence itself becomes a continuous meditation.
Rituals and Affirmations on a Conscious Walk
Walking Mindfulness Meditation (Kinhin)
Step: Walk at a very slow, steady pace.
Focus: Direct your entire attention to your feet.
Movement: Feel every stage of the step – the lifting of the heel, the raising of the foot, and the contact with the ground.
Breath: Synchronise your breathing with your steps – e.g., three steps for an inhale, three steps for an exhale.
Grounding Ritual
Contact: Stop and stand firmly with both feet on the path.
Visualisation: Imagine roots growing from your feet deep into the earth.
Drawing Energy: With every inhale, imagine drawing peace and stability from the earth.
Cleansing: With every exhale, give away all stress, tension, and daily worries to the earth.
Activation of the Senses (5-4-3-2-1)
Sight: Name in your mind 5 different shades of green or shapes of clouds.
Touch: Touch 4 different textures – e.g., rough grass, a hedge leaf, tree bark, the earth.
Hearing: Catch 3 sounds – the rustle of the wind, the singing of birds, the sound of your own steps.
Smell: Notice 2 scents – fresh grass, damp earth, or blossoming bushes.
Taste: Focus on 1 taste – feel the clean air on your tongue.
Ritual of Thanksgiving to the Wind
Position: Stop and close your eyes, facing the direction from which the wind is blowing.
Intention: Feel how the gusts cleanse your aura and mind of unnecessary thoughts.
Affirmation: Say in your mind: "I accept lightness and clarity, I release that which no longer serves me."
Here are short, powerful spiritual affirmations that fit the surroundings perfectly. You can repeat them in your mind to the rhythm of your steps:
Affirmations of Grounding and Presence
I am fully present in this space and in this moment.
My feet stand firmly on the earth, and my mind is calm.
I connect with the wisdom and peace of the surrounding nature.
Here and now, I am completely safe and cared for.
Affirmations of Cleansing and Releasing
With every exhale, I release that which no longer serves me.
I give all my stress, anxiety, and heaviness back to nature.
I allow my thoughts to drift away freely, just like the clouds in the sky.
I cleanse my heart space for new peace and clarity.
Affirmations of Flow and Trust
I trust the process of my life and open myself to its guidance.
I am filled with the pure, healing energy of the universe.
My heart beats in unison with the pulse of the earth.
I accept myself and my path exactly as it is.
