Clearing the Field (18–19.03)

Before a new blueprint can emerge, the old structure must let go. We are entering the Equinox window—a moment where time slows down, and the space between breaths becomes wider.

This is not a time to seek new answers, but to make room. I invite you into a two-day process of deconstruction.

Let us clear the field to strengthen the codes of the New Earth and our own vibration.

Phase I: 5 Practices of Deconstruction

Apply these rituals to prepare your inner space for the upcoming turning point:

1. Vocal Ritual: "Exhaling the Past" – Stand barefoot on the ground or the floor. Take a deep breath and, as you exhale, release a low, guttural sound, visualising everything heavy and dense flowing into the Earth's core for transformation.

2. Water Practice: "Coding Purity" – Before drinking a glass of water, hold it in your hands and whisper to it: "blueprint of purity". Drink slowly, feeling every cell of your body being washed clean of old patterns.

3. Energetic Severing: "The Silver Blade" – Using your hand like a knife, make decisive cutting motions around your biofield. Intention: "I sever connections with that which no longer feeds my evolution."

4. Spatial Practice: "Energy Minimalism" – Find one object in your surroundings that represents your past and no longer fits who you are. Thank it and physically remove it from your space.

5. Aethel Silence – Sit in total silence for 15 minutes after sunset or go for a walk during this time. Do not analyse. Observe how the light gives way to darkness, and accept that both states are essential for maintaining balance.
