Cellular Nutrition and Trophology in Practice
Fruit on an Empty Stomach: The Biological Foundation and Biochemistry of the 76/12/12 HCLFLP Model
Moving from Routine to Awareness
The conventional approach to nutrition treats fruit in an overly simplified manner. In mainstream thought, it is reduced merely to the role of a tasty addition, a snack, or a dessert capping off a heavier meal. From the perspective of human biochemistry and digestive biology, this habit represents one of the most common sources of chronic digestive issues.
Seven years ago, I began an intensive phase of increasing the amount of fruit in my daily diet, crossing the threshold of over one kilogram of fresh fruit pulp per day. This was accompanied by a gradual transition towards a plant-based lifestyle and a significant rise in vegetable intake. For a long time, however, fruit still appeared in my meals in the traditional way, served at the end as a final touch to breakfasts or dinners.
It was only the deep refinement of the HCLFLP (High-Carbohydrate Low-Fat Low-Protein) nutritional model and the creation of the proprietary 76/12/12 blueprint that opened the space to fully implement the principles of trophology, the science of correct food combining.
The Biochemistry of Trophology: Why Fruit Demands Exclusivity
The fundamental rule of trophology regarding fruit dictates that it must be consumed without the presence of any other food groups. This stems directly from the unique way it is digested by the human alimentary system.
Fresh fruit consists mainly of structured water, simple sugars (glucose and fructose), and readily accessible micronutrients. The gastric environment does not require complex, multi-hour enzymatic processing for this type of matter. Pure fruit pulp moves through the stomach exceptionally fast, reaching the small intestine within just 30–40 minutes from the moment of ingestion, where proper nutrient absorption takes place.
The difficulty arises when fruit enters a stomach that already contains proteins, fats, or starches. Starchy and protein-rich foods demand entirely different enzymatic environments and hours of retention in the stomach.
When fruit becomes trapped behind a slowly digesting mass of starch or protein, it triggers immediate fermentation processes. Under the influence of body temperature and native micro-organisms, simple sugars undergo alcoholic and acetic fermentation. This phenomenon leads to gas formation, bloating, mucosal irritation, and an extra burden on the liver due to breakdown by-products. Consequently, people often blame the fruit itself, rather than recognizing the error in sequence and timing.
The Morning Ritual and the Value of a Pure Meal
Within the daily 76/12/12 blueprint, fruit constitutes the sole, initial meal of the day, enjoyed after morning hydration with pure water or an herbal infusion. The portion typically ranges between 1.2 kg and 1.5 kg of pure fruit pulp.
An empty stomach handles this volume effortlessly. After 30–40 minutes, the digestive tract is empty again, resting and fully prepared to receive the next meal, such as complex starchy carbohydrates or proteins.
Consuming fruit in this manner delivers a series of vital benefits.
The first is a swift, light surge of energy in the form of easily assimilable glucose and fructose that power the nervous and muscular systems without expending energy on laborious digestion, coupled with remarkably stable absorption biochemistry. Contrary to common fears regarding sharp blood sugar spikes, natural fruit sugar taken in its pure form does not trigger a metabolic shock. This is because fructose and glucose occur alongside natural soluble and insoluble fibre, vitamins, and live enzymes, which slow down and harmonise the release of sugar molecules into the bloodstream.
The critical, frequently overlooked component of this mechanism, however, is a low level of fat in the blood. In the HCLFLP model, where fat intake is strictly managed, insulin receptors on the cell surfaces remain fully exposed and sensitive. Dietary fat present in conventional eating forms a barrier along blood vessel walls and around cells, blocking insulin action and trapping sugar in the blood, which leads to insulin resistance. In a low-fat environment, the insulin molecule operates smoothly and unhindered – rapidly unlocking cell membranes to guide glucose straight into the interior, where it is instantly converted into clean energy without dangerous glycaemic fluctuations.
Simultaneously, deep cellular hydration occurs thanks to the structured water naturally contained within living plant tissues.
In addition, there is a substantial pool of clean plant protein. Contrary to widespread myths, a large portion of fruit pulp yields between 8 g and 12 g of fully bioavailable amino acids, forming a key pillar of the daily balance within the 76/12/12 blueprint.
The Requirement of Adaptation: Shifting Microbiome and Biochemistry
Transitioning from a conventional diet to a high fruit intake requires patience and time for biological adaptation. Standard dietary patterns rest on a completely different biochemistry, a distinct enzyme secretion profile, and an altered bacterial flora.
The gut of an individual consuming a traditional diet is populated by a microbiome adapted to breaking down heavy fats, animal proteins, and processed foods. Introducing several kilograms of fruit suddenly into an unprepared system can provoke strong reactions.
The process of adaptation involves a gradual realignment of gut biochemistry. In the initial phase, the species composition of the gut microbiota shifts in favour of strains specialised in metabolising fibre and simple sugars. Over time, the intestinal lining regenerates and tightens, restoring healthy absorption capacity. Ultimately, the liver and pancreas adjust their function to manage carbohydrates efficiently without sharp insulin surges.
Only after this internal ecosystem has been rebuilt can one fully harvest the virtues of abundant fruit, experiencing effortless digestion, steady energy levels, and profound nourishment at the cellular level.

KOPAONIK – BALKAN ACCUMULATOR
Ley Lines, Planetary Node and the Subtle Architecture of Kopaonik
Observing the Balkan space on a micro scale, we see minerals, mountains and sunsets. However, when we view this region from the perspective of a subtle map – the entire planet as a living organism – a completely new layer of this place reveals itself.
Serbia as the Core and Planetary Node
Serbia lies at the very centre of the Balkan Peninsula – it constitutes its geographical heart, a natural corridor and a keystone binding this entire part of Europe together. In the Earth's global planetary grid, this central position translates into the function of one of the most crucial and dense node points. It is precisely here that powerful currents and ley lines intersect, connecting the mystical vortices of the Middle East and the Mediterranean Basin with Northern and Western Europe. For millennia, this space has acted as a matrix of breakthroughs – it is through this central point that key civilisational, cultural and tectonic impulses have flowed.
Kopaonik as an Anchor and Accumulator
The Kopaonik massif sits at the very heart of this Balkan crossroads. The rocky, granite-quartz foundation of these mountains acts like a gigantic planetary anchor. While the network of ley lines carries dynamic, transit energy on a global scale, Kopaonik's quartz structure stores, stabilises and earths this current directly into the ground. This creates an area of exceptional intensity – a space in which subtle planetary blueprints instantly find their reflection in matter.
Resonance with Biology and Autonomy
For someone consciously present in this area, the operation of this node is immediately palpable. Proximity to such a powerful point of discharge and grounding at an altitude of 1,300 metres above sea level quiets the informational noise, dissolves unnatural tensions and demands absolute authenticity. This space does not cater to illusions – it acts as an alchemical crucible in which only that which is true, stable and rooted in one's own blueprint remains.
The pure geometry of earth and sky in this place quite simply helps one regain alignment.
