Today was more than just a walk. I felt it was a moment of shifting, of entering the new pattern that so many are now speaking of.
In the Doncaster sunshine, accompanied by the distant hum of the motorway, I found my own space of silence.I began on a path that invited me deep into the greenery. Every step was an alignment with the rhythm of the Earth.
Nature answered me with specific signs at every stage of the journey. First, I encountered cowslips – golden keys that symbolically open new portals and heal the breath.
A moment later, by a tree trunk, I found wood violets – small points of violet intuition and mysticism, reminding me of the strength that flows from silence.
When I reached a small pond, I was struck by the contrast – copper, dry reeds meeting the lush, young green of the birches.
The completion of this wandering was a moment on an extraordinary wooden bench that looked like a little castle. It was there, at the end of the walk, that I performed my rituals and pranic healing.
I return from this walk integrated. The hum of civilisation in the background has become merely an insignificant echo, for what is essential now pulses within me – bright, light, and ready for the new.
