Morning Rituals & Affirmations

 


Morning is the moment we design the blueprint for the entire day ahead. Morning rituals serve the conscious creation of your day.

  • Conscious Breath of the First Moment: Before your feet touch the earth, take three deep breaths. Imagine that with every inhale, your stellar consciousness fills your physical body, and with every exhale, you release all remnants of dreams.

  • Light Activation: Standing by the window, hold your hands out to the sun (even if hidden behind clouds). Feel your hands becoming transmitters of energy, with which you then gently "wash" your face and chest.

  • Water Structured by Intent: While drinking your first glass of lukewarm water, give it a specific quality with your thought (e.g., peace, clarity of mind). Feel this information spreading through your cells.

Affirmations to Greet the Day

These words have the power to code reality:

  • "I am present in every atom of my existence, and I act from a level of highest harmony."
