When AI Music Touches the Inner Self

Until recently, I had a certain resistance to music created by technology. Although the sounds themselves resonated with me partially or fully, I subconsciously felt a sense of distance. For years, we lived with the belief that this type of creation was reserved exclusively for musicians – people with innate talent, flesh-and-blood composers.

Today's world is rewriting that rule. Now, virtually any of us can become a creator. You simply need to describe briefly in words what you would like to hear, and then – through trial and error – adjust the sounds, the tone of the instruments, and the timbre of the voice to match your inner expectations.

When you think about it more deeply, however, in the past, even the greatest musical genius was unable to create anything with their bare hands. They always needed a tool – a physical instrument to translate their internal emotions into sound waves. Today, technology plays the role of that instrument. Although operating it is incomparably easier, in the end, we achieve a similar quality. At least, that is what my ear tells me.

Thanks to this reflection, I have become much more open to digital creation. I stopped judging the source and started focusing on the effect: if something resonates with me, supports me, or raises my vibrations in that given moment, I simply use it.

I really liked this particular track. From a technical standpoint, it is just a three-minute sequence repeating in a loop. Of course, it is not a solution meant for continuous listening all day long, but playing it for a few cycles is enough to genuinely improve your well-being whenever the need arises.
