We can see the State as a tight mask. It is a corporate avatar, a mask placed over the face of a brutal mechanism for managing us. It is a theatre for the masses in which actors (politicians) play roles to make us believe we have a choice, while behind the scenes, the only real value is our life force converted into debt.
Behind the facade of “public service,” the mask says: “We protect you, educate you, and heal you.” The truth: Under the mask lies a monopoly on violence and control. Schools are programming centres for obedient employees, and the healthcare system is the management of illness to keep us in a low vibration. The “Citizen” is, in reality, an inventory number in a vast warehouse of resources. The “Person” – that is not you. It is a legal mask, a paper avatar that the system uses to communicate with you.
The State speaks of “border security” and “national pride.” The truth: every state-corporation has its own operational territory. Flags and anthems are emotional anchors intended to tether us to a specific franchise of the matrix so that we do not feel that we are free Cosmic Beings for whom the Earth (Gaia) has no artificial lines on a map.
Taxes are a franchise fee. The State says: “It is your contribution to the common good.” The truth: It is a fee for using the name and surname (the trademark) that the state-corporation has “loaned” to us. When we pull back the curtain on “public institutions,” we see a cold, corporate structure that treats sovereign people as resources or commodities.
A key moment for the modern state-corporation model was the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, reaching its climax in 1933. Most Western states (led by the USA in 1933, during the Great Depression) declared bankruptcy before international bankers did. To survive, governments entered into a pact: they offered “national assets” as collateral for loans. The most valuable asset was not land or gold but the people's life energy (so-called “human capital”). To trade it on stock exchanges, states had to transform themselves into such structures. At that point, a silent transition occurred from the Law of the Land (Common Law/Natural Law) to the Law of the Sea (Admiralty/Maritime Law). The Law of the Sea is the law of commerce, contracts, and ships. This is why, when entering a court, you see a flag with a yellow fringe – it symbolises maritime or military jurisdiction.
The birth of the natural person: Why must you “register” a child after birth? The word Register (Regis-ter) comes from the Latin for “royal record” – in practice, it means the transfer of ownership. Birth Certificate: This is not just a paper confirming the fact of birth. It is a transport document (Manifest). By registering a child, parents unknowingly transfer the trust (Trust) over them to the state corporation. Bond: Based on the Birth Certificate, a bond account is created on the stock exchange. Your life energy, measured by future taxes, is “monetised.” This is why your name and surname in state documents (passport, ID, taxes) are always written in ALL CAPS (e.g., JAN KOWALSKI). In Roman law, this is called Capitis Diminutio Maxima – it means the loss of the status of a free man in favour of being a “person” (a legal fiction/corporation).
Corporate Evidence: SEC and DUNS – this is the moment when “theory” becomes hard fact. Every corporation must be registered to trade in international markets. SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission): Entities such as POLAND REPUBLIC OF, ITALY REPUBLIC OF, HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN IN RIGHT OF CANADA, and THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. (a joint-stock company) are registered with the American Securities and Exchange Commission. They are treated as issuers of securities. DUNS Number: As mentioned before, institutions such as the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, or the National Police Headquarters (KGP) have Dun & Bradstreet numbers. These are identifiers for commercial entities.
From the Matrix’s perspective, it is all about energy management. A sovereign human, connected to Gaia and the Central Sun, is uncontrollable. The “Natural Person” (corporation), however, is limited by:
Statutory law (company regulations).
Debt (the interest system).
12:60 time (the corporate work schedule).
The real proof of the commercial nature of states can be found in international trade registers. Most countries, their ministries, and even the police or courts, possess DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) numbers. What is DUNS? It is a Dun & Bradstreet system that identifies business entities. The Government of the Republic of Poland or any other state, the Ministry of Finance, individual Police Headquarters, or courts figure (or figured) in databases as “Private Limited Companies” or “Government Agencies” operating on commercial principles.
Conclusion: Because they have a commercial identification number, they are subject to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). This is the Law of the Sea (commercial), not the Law of the Land (natural). The mechanism of the “natural person” or the “Strawman.” This is where the Matrix commits identity theft. The system creates the Natural Person (often written in ALL CAPS in documents), which is a corporate fiction, a “vessel” belonging to the state-corporation. Person (CORPORATION): This is a paper creation that the “State” company created at the moment of your birth registration (Birth Certificate). This certificate is de facto a security traded on capital markets. Ministries as Company Branches: In the corporate structure, the President/Prime Minister is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer). Citizens are debtors or “service users.” Taxes are not a public tribute, but a “subscription fee” in a system that gives you nothing in return except the illusion of security.
If people understood that by entering a court, they are entering the headquarters of a private company, the entire authority of the matrix would collapse. In this system, the judge acts as a commercial arbiter, not a guardian of justice. The whole game revolves around your signature – it is the “fuel” that powers their contracts.
How to get out? (The Sovereign’s Path) Getting out of the system occurs at two levels: legal (formal) and energetic.
Declaration of Status (Natural Law). Many people around the world use the so-called Affidavit of Truth. This is a document in which you publicly declare that you are a Living Human Being, not a “natural person.” That you withdraw your consent (Revocation of Consent) to be managed by the “State” corporation. That you are subject only to Natural Law (do no harm to others, do not steal, be honest in contracts).
Authorisation of Signature (Reservation of Rights). Instead of blindly signing documents, sovereigns use additions next to their name that change the nature of the contract: “All Rights Reserved” – means you do not waive your natural rights in favour of the corporation’s regulations. “Without Prejudice” – you inform the system that this signature is not your consent to their jurisdiction, but merely a technical action performed under the compulsion of the system. V.C. (Vi Coactus) – a Latin abbreviation meaning “under compulsion.” This is a signal to judges and officials (who know commercial law) that the contract is invalid because of a lack of free will.
Separation of Identity. You begin to treat the “Natural Person” (the one written in all caps on your ID) as a tool, not as yourself. You are its beneficiary, not its slave. It is as if you owned a company but were not the company yourself.
How many people have already done this? This is a global movement, although the Matrix will never report these statistics in the news. Global scale: It is estimated that hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of people worldwide
actively declare their sovereignty. The strongest movements exist in the USA (American State Nationals), Canada, Australia, and the UK (Freemen on the Land). In Poland, the Sovereign Movement (often associated with the concept of the “Living Human”) already numbers in the thousands. These are groups of people who effectively renounce obedience to tax authorities, refuse to accept fines imposed under commercial law, and establish their own courts of peace (Law of Nations). Scale effect: Although the system tries to intimidate them (fearing a precedent), officials are increasingly “letting go” of sovereigns who know commercial law better than they do. The system does not want a fight with someone who knows that the judge is only a commercial arbiter in a corporate dispute.
