Multidimensional Matrix of Light in 5D: Part 2. Biophotons in Cells Fuelled by Pure, Solar Nourishment

How Cells Communicate via Light and How the HCLFLP 76/12/12 Model and the Sun Charge Our Internal Battery
When I made the decision eight years ago to completely reject meat, I was guided by a deep, internal need to raise my own vibrations. I felt intuitively that what I introduce into my body directly changes the quality of my consciousness. Today, functioning within the pure, vegan, high-carbohydrate HCLFLP 76/12/12 model (seventy-six per cent carbohydrates, twelve per cent fats, and twelve per cent proteins), I see that this decision had a profound physical justification. Our bodies are not merely biological furnaces for burning calories, but advanced processors of light.

To visualise this, let us think of a vast, bustling city where, instead of telephones, the internet, and cables, all inhabitants communicate with each other using precise, instantaneous light signals. Consequently, trillions of cells in our body form a single, cohesive informational system operating within the very same fraction of a second.
A phenomenon of fundamental importance for the physics of nourishment is delayed luminescence. This is an empirically proven capacity of biological structures to act as an optical accumulator—absorbing light from the outside, storing it within geometric structures, and subsequently releasing this energy slowly. Naturally, a completely raw diet (Raw) stands closest to pure, pristine power, provided if strictly fits within the HCLFLP  proportions, because it preserves the original light codes, biophotons, and the crystalline structure of water in their entirety. However, within the HCLFLP 76/12/12 model, we permit gentle steaming and boiling in water up to one hundred degrees without added fat. Admittedly, this involves a partial loss of the pristine, fluid form of light contained within the plant, but its geometric and molecular structure is not destroyed. Thanks to this, the process of delayed luminescence allows for a full reactivation inside our body—upon contact with our negatively charged structured water (the EZ zone) and the biofield of our clean organism, this dormant informational hardware is awakened, restoring and recharging that which was temporarily suppressed by temperature.
The second, fully natural justification for the permissibility of this gentle heat treatment is the fact that we are unable to consume many crucial and exceptionally valuable plants or fungi raw. Starchy and leguminous products, such as basmati rice, raw, unroasted buckwheat, potatoes, sweet potatoes, lentils, or chickpeas, as well as tough cruciferous vegetables like broccoli or cauliflower, and mushrooms, possess a locked cellular structure in their raw state that is practically unassimilable for the human digestive tract. Gentle water steam or cooking via the method of full water absorption without added fat marks the moment of safely opening these dense structures and safely activating the data. By using a steamer, we protect the meal from underwater leaching, ensuring that delicate phytocompounds and flavonoids—acting as natural light antennas—remain unviolated. If, on the other hand, we choose traditional boiling in water, let us remember not to throw away the remaining broth. For it contains the informational codes escaping from the tissues, and by drinking it alongside the meal, we close the entire cycle of energy in a completely lossless system. Such a process becomes a brilliant, synergistic enrichment of the raw food within the HCLFLP 76/12/12 model.
Domestic frying and baking at high temperatures represent an entirely different process, characterised by molecular destruction and lipid peroxidation. In these methods, dominated by dry heat exceeding one hundred and fifty degrees, the formation of advanced glycation end-products occurs, known as toxic AGE compounds. Adding fat to the heating process acts at a quantum level like throwing an informational grenade into the meal. Under the influence of temperature, the oil generates an avalanche of free radicals, which emits a completely incoherent, chaotic luminous noise. The fat forms a hydrophobic film over the dish, drastically altering the refractive index—the coefficient of light refraction within the nourishment. Frying ensures that the vegetable becomes quantum-dead forever—its optical hardware is irreversibly melted and charred, rendering the organism incapable of reading any data from it and wasting energy on neutralising the toxic smog.
The purity of this luminous conduction depends directly on the state of bodily fluids, described in biophysics as the fourth phase of water with a hexagonal structure, namely the EZ zone. The water inside healthy, clean cells is not an ordinary liquid, but a form of liquid crystal with the formula H3O2, resembling a honeycomb structure. This ordered grid acts like a high-capacity, clean smartphone battery that stores biophotons perfectly. When we eat fatty and heavy foods, this crystalline structure of water collapses, becoming a turbid liquid, and light escapes from the cells in the form of chaotic flashes of oxidative stress. The clean, vegan HCLFLP 76/12/12 model, in which we supply fats exclusively cold in their natural form (such as fresh avocado or ground seeds), guarantees that our internal fiber-optic network remains perfectly clear.

In this manner, the matrix of light closes in a perfect circle. The HCLFLP 76/12/12 diet builds a clean, liquid-crystalline accumulator and a geometric skeleton from the inside, while direct sunlight charges it wirelessly from the outside through our skin and eyes. Maintaining this state of pure adherence to the HCLFLP 76/12/12 model ensures that our cells begin to physically glow with a cohesive, high-vibrational radiance. We cease to fuel the system with three-dimensional chaos and begin to function as sovereign, fully charged processors of cosmic intelligence, ready to embrace the new 5D reality.
